About REACH Niagara

REACH Niagara strengthens communities by providing healthcare to those who do not have their basic needs met. This includes people who are homeless, precariously housed, and living below the low-income measure.

Mobile Health Clinic

We’re partnering with the TELUS Health for Good program to offer medical, mental health supports and counselling to Niagara Region.

Help us ensure healthcare is in REACH

Poverty, mental health, and homelessness are complex – impacting the community as a whole. We can help by addressing our community members’ physical, mental, and social health. By donating to REACH Niagara, you’re helping to make healthcare more accessible.

Clinics

REACH Niagara, along with community partners, hosts clinics across Niagara. Our clinics aim to provide care to those who don’t have access to, or are at risk of losing access to, basic necessities such as food, water, and shelter.

Clinics

Our clinics help reduce barriers for those seeking care.
