About REACH Niagara

REACH Niagara works with and operates primary care medical clinics that are staffed part-time by healthcare professionals. We serve people who do not have a doctor, or who cannot see their doctor. Our goal is to put healthcare within REACH for the homeless and marginalized in Niagara.

New Mobile Health Clinic

We’re partnering with the TELUS Health for Good program to offer medical, mental health supports and counselling to Niagara Region.

Everyone has access to connected healthcare.

REACH Niagara has a growing number of care providers – including doctors, foot-care providers, nurse practitioners, social workers and community outreach workers, as well as community partners such as Niagara Region EMS – to help make healthcare accessible to marginalized communities.

There’s always a need for more healthcare professionals to continue expanding our reach. If you would like to learn more about joining REACH, please contact info@reachniagara.com.
