Our clinics aim to reduce barriers to healthcare for marginalized populations, specifically homeless people in Niagara.
We provide non-judgemental and low-barrier health care services, this includes:
- Ongoing Primary Care
- Select Form Assistance
- Connection to Supports
- Counselling
- Harm Reduction Supplies
- Preventative Care Screening
- Referrals
No health card or appointment required.

REACH Niagara has a growing number of care providers – including doctors, foot-care providers, nurse practitioners, social workers and community outreach workers, as well as community partners such as Niagara Region EMS – to help make healthcare accessible to marginalized communities.
