PARTNERS

We are grateful to our community partners for their support in our mission to make healthcare accessible for the homeless and marginalized in Niagara.

To view a list of our partners, visit our Community Partners webpage.

REACH Niagara has a growing number of care providers – including doctors, foot-care providers, nurse practitioners, social workers and community outreach workers, as well as community partners such as Niagara Region EMS – to help make healthcare accessible to marginalized communities.

There’s always a need for more healthcare professionals to continue expanding our reach. If you would like to learn more about joining REACH, please contact info@reachniagara.com.
